How does the process work from start to finish?

It starts with a conversation. We listen to your goals, take measurements, and discuss a preliminary budget. From there, we move into a Design Agreement where conceptual plans become fully buildable designs. Once everything is approved, we break ground — and keep you informed at every stage through our client portal.

How long does a typical remodel take?

Timelines depend on the scope of the project. A bathroom remodel might take 3–5 weeks, while a full kitchen renovation or basement build-out could take 4–8 weeks. Custom home builds vary more widely. We'll provide a detailed timeline during the planning phase so there are no surprises.

Do I need to have a design in mind before reaching out?

Not at all. Some clients come to us with a full vision, others just know something needs to change. Either way, we'll work with you to refine the details and create a plan that fits your home and your lifestyle.

How do you keep clients updated during a project?

We use Buildertrend, a project management platform that gives you your own client portal. You can track progress, review documents, approve change orders, and communicate with our team — all in one place. Transparency is a core part of how we operate.

What should I expect in terms of budget?

Every project is different, so we provide a rough cost estimate early in the process and refine it as the design develops. We're upfront about costs and work closely with you to make sure the final plan aligns with your budget — no hidden fees or last-minute surprises.
