Scott Johnson

President

As president of Addilay Homes, Scott seeks to provide clients with an engaging and rewarding experience. He is committed to listening to clients and accommodating their needs. Known for his amiable and relational approach, Scott strives to have everyone involved in the building process share a unified vision. During his 20+ year career Scott has overseen a range of projects spanning whole house remodels, luxury homes, commercial development, and major hospital renovations. He is the former President of the Minnesota Metropolitan Contractors Association (MMCA) and sat on the board of the Builders Association of Minnesota (BAM). Scott has a love for residential construction and remodeling because of the opportunities it affords for thoughtful design and superior craftsmanship. A graduate of Crown College, Scott lives in Minnetonka, Minnesota with his wife and three children.

Ryan Erickson Sr.

After Ryan received an Honorable Discharge from the USMC in 2007, he took majority control of his family’s commercial construction business. With his influence and expertise, the business grew rapidly. It has received a number of awards, including being named one of INC 500’s fastest growing companies for two years in a row. A skilled carpenter and builder, Ryan co-founded Addilay Homes to return to his roots and rejoin the residential home building market. Ryan brings tenacity and energy to every project as well as 20 years of experience in construction. Ryan is a graduate of the SBA’s Emerging Leaders Program. He lives in Corcoran, Minnesota with his wife and three children.

Christina Johnson

Selection Coordinator & Design Specialist

Christina joined the Addilay team in 2015. She brings an enthusiasm for thoughtful home design to all projects. Our customers’ first resource when it comes to selections for their homes, she works in tandem with our interior designers to ensure that timelines and budgets are met. From interior millwork to towel bars, Christina coordinates both big and small aspects of the home build, resulting in a cohesive space that reflects each client’s tastes and design preferences. “I love when we are in the final weeks of a project and all the hard-sought details are coming together. The client is finally able to see the payoff of their design decisions. What felt like a shell of a house for so many months, is immediately transformed into a home,” says Christina. She is a 2005 graduate of Crown College. She has a B.A. in English and a B.S. in Relational Communication. She enjoys DIY, cooking big family dinners, singing, and all things from BBC network. She lives in Minnetonka, Minnesota with her husband and three children.

Becca Erickson

Becca helps with the presence, growth and lead generation for Addilay Homes. She mixes vision with execution; not only in helping others catch a vision for their space but also in inspiring others to go after more in life. The goal in the building/remodeling process (and life) is to find something great in each moment, or in every nook & cranny. Her enjoyment of perusing real estate and a passion for homeownership makes her great partner in taking that first step of ideation. From a walk through with her quick doodles into a full plan with Scott; Addilay is committed to your positive experience. Aside from keeping a pulse on building & remodeling, she wears Director hats in both a local non-profit and local Volleyball program in Rockford MN, and is very involved in her church. And, most importantly, she is a wife & mom to three spunky and wonderful kids.
